¡SORPRESA! (photomorph) & "children leap out..." (old dreamku) by Roswila
children leap out
from piles of autumn leaves
we feign surprise
[dream haiku, written/dreamed July 2007, with a slight tweak today for this posting. Autumn here in South-Central CA hasn’t quite reached this pile up of leaves yet. But I’ve made a note to myself to check out the back gardens on our grounds in another week or two. The leaves back there should be a gorgeous red by then, both on and off the trees. BTW, this is another dreamku from that on-going review I’ve been doing of those old, hand-written, dream haiku notebooks of mine. Photomorph “ ¡Sorpresa! (ss-many 3-10-19[3]) by Roswila (pic is only a couple years old, and tweaked a wee bit today)]
There are many other sorts of posts on this blog. I indicate which are about or influenced by dreams. Some non dream focused posts are book reviews, "regular" poems (some by other writers), scifaiku, writing exercises, Tarot haiku, photos, haiga, and so on. However, most of those are in much older posts. There's a listing by month going back to early 2006, at the end of the sidebar.
