NIGHT & DAY (photo) & PILLOW SONG (dreamku series) by Roswila
PILLOW SONG
the morning calls
vaguely through her curtains
again and again
Morpheus sings like a siren
and she falls back into his arms
he inveigles her
to stay each time with strange vistas:
doors opening inside the sea
deaths reversing themselves
card games grousing like people
knowing the day can’t possibly match up
she yields each time to the song of her pillow
