SHINING THROUGH (photo) & "the sun shining through ..." (haiku) by Roswila
the sun shining through
a slice of lemon meringue pie
her surprised laughter
[In fond memory of Helen Fredlund, who passed away on March 1st. She was in her mid-90’s and I’d had the delight to be her friend for the 12 years I’ve been living here. The “her” in this haiku was Helen. “No one is actually dead until the ripples they cause in this world die away...” Author unknown. Photo "Shining Through" (Screenshots 3, 10-15-19[30]) by Roswila]
There are many other sorts of posts on this blog. I indicate which are about or influenced by dreams. Some non dream focused posts are book reviews, "regular" poems (some by other writers), scifaiku, writing exercises, Tarot haiku, photos, haiga, and so on. However, most of those are in much older posts. There's a listing by month going back to early 2006, at the end of the sidebar.
