DISPERSAL (photomorph) & HIDE 'n SEEK (mixed format dream poem) by Roswila
HIDE 'n SEEK
there's no catching one
and unless she wants to stay "It"
she should simply quit
and walk away from the dreams that
scattered every which way with morning
even this metaphor of a childhood game
catches nothing, falling like a hook through fog
unlike back then when she could at least make out
what it was that she was aiming to tag
[a tanka capped by two two-liners on lack of dream recall for 1-25-16. Photomorph "Dispersal" (1-23-16 002v17) by Roswila]
There are many other sorts of posts on this blog. I indicate which are about or influenced by dreams. Some non dream focused posts are book reviews, "regular" poems (some by other writers, as the above is), scifaiku, writing exercises, Tarot haiku, photos, haiga, and so on. However, most of those are in much older posts. There's a listing by month going back to early 2006, at the end of the sidebar.
