TRANSMUTATION (photo) & SUNK (dreamku series) by Roswila
SUNK
which end of the huge
sunk ocean liner
holds what we’re after
just the diagram of its
maroon vastness fills the wall
we hear what we want
to steal is locked up in one
of the rounded ends,
both keeps identical
the aft one slightly smaller
as leader of the dive
the choice falls to me, I stand
staring at the wall
we have time for one try
before we’re found out
I lean toward the left
it’s time to take the plunge
the aft it is
[three tanka and a dreamku on a dream of 10-21-12. Photo “Transmutation” by Roswila]
