At least during the time I was there. :-)

Now that I'm taking digital photos I can see I'm going to get more and more into haiga. Just did one on me playing a didjeridu. Will post that one next. So you are forewarned! LOL!Roswilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15669275952943509399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25737357.post-44611477584401099332009-01-11T13:02:00.000-08:002009-01-11T13:02:00.000-08:00I like where you framed the Moon for this shot-- o...I like where you framed the Moon for this shot-- or that you saw it framed there and you were smart and quick enough to catch it.

Off to the right is a tree of some sort by itself. I wonder if a couple of hours later the Moon was right over that round shape ...

oinoLGDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03032022908078797584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25737357.post-8575577563421359272009-01-10T22:30:00.000-08:002009-01-10T22:30:00.000-08:00Hi Tumblewords,Yes, I'll have been here in Califor...Hi Tumblewords,

Yes, I'll have been here in California one full year come February 6th ... guess I've been having a lot of fun because the time sure flew!

A totally unexpected side effect of taking on the newsletter (which fortunately has a small salary attached to it, too :-D) is the chance to fool around with taking and manipulating photos. I'm really looking forward to being better able to judge what's a "good" shot from what I see in the view finder, and not have to wait and almost always be surprised at what the download actually looks like. LOL! In a way, though, that's probably much like the difference between the initial inspiration for a poem and the resultant poem itself. Those are always different -- connected but distinct -- creatures for me.

Thanks as always for dropping by.Roswilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15669275952943509399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25737357.post-51387079546961024102009-01-10T21:10:00.000-08:002009-01-10T21:10:00.000-08:00What fun! I'm doing a few little things in Photoshop Elements and having a tough time with it - even though I'm easier to please than most!Tumblewords:https://www.blogger.com/profile/04279038951489894119noreply@blogger.com
